How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart under Sizing. For clothing it lists body measurements in centimetres: chest, waist and length for shirts, polos and knitwear; waist, hip and inseam for trousers and shorts. It also tells you how tall the model is and which size they wear. Our loafers have their own chart with EU, UK and US sizes 38 to 47 and the matching foot length. Our pieces have a tight fit: if you are in between sizes, choose the bigger size. Still unsure? Write to us and we will help you choose.
What are your pieces made of?
The material is listed under Information on each clothing page. Our shirts, trousers and shorts are made in linen, cotton and cotton / linen blends; our knitwear in cotton, wool and mercerized cotton blends; and our loafers in suede and leather.
How do I care for my pieces?
You will find the care instructions on every clothing page. In short: wash shirts, polos, trousers and shorts at 30° and let them air dry. Wash knitwear at 30° and dry it lying flat so it keeps its shape. Brush suede and leather loafers gently with a soft brush, and keep them away from water and direct heat.
How do I place an order?
Choose your colour and size on the product page, add the piece to your cart, then continue to our secure checkout.
How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Shipping is free to the European Union and the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will look into the best solution for you. More on our shipping page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Every product page shows the expected delivery dates. During busy periods or local holidays, delivery can take a little longer.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with the tags still attached. Email Maison.Marque.contact@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. The cost of sending the pieces back is at your own expense. Read our full returns policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once you have told us you are returning a piece, we refund the original payment method within 14 days of the day you told us you are returning it. We may wait until the pieces are back with us, or until you have shown that you sent them.
