Who we are

Maison Marque ("we", "us"), Jekerstraat 53, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42137695, VAT number NL005529782B19, sells clothing through this website. For any question about this policy or your data, write to Maison.Marque.contact@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, items ordered.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• Contact data: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract), to answer your questions (legitimate interest), to keep invoices and tax records (legal obligation), and — only with your consent — to send you occasional emails about new pieces.

Who we share it with

Only with parties that help us run the shop: our e-commerce and hosting platform, payment providers, and shipping carriers. They may only use your data to perform that service for us. We never sell your personal data.

Advertising with Meta

If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It shares which pages you visit and what you add to your cart or buy with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., so we can measure our ads and show relevant ones on Facebook and Instagram. We and Meta are jointly responsible for collecting this data; Meta's own use of it is described in its privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (generally seven years). Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Marketing data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security and transfers

The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to order data is limited to the people who need it. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, mention it on the site.
