Terms & Conditions

1. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed with Maison & Marque through this website. By placing an order you accept them. Maison Marque, Jekerstraat 53, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42137695. VAT number NL005529782B19. Contact: Maison.Marque.contact@gmail.com.
2. Products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Because our fabrics are natural, small differences in colour, weave and measurement are normal and are not a defect. Screens also render colour differently.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro (or converted to US dollar for display) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free to the European Union and the United Kingdom on every order. Payment is due at the moment of ordering. We may correct obvious pricing errors before shipping and will contact you first.
4. The contract
A contract exists once we confirm your order by email. If a piece is unexpectedly unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days depending on your location; delays can occur. Full details are on our shipping page. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
6. Cancellation and returns
As a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours. Our returns policy explains how.
7. Warranty and liability
Every piece must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If something arrives faulty or incorrect, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Intellectual property
All text, photography and design on this site belong to Maison & Marque and may not be reused without our written permission.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to our email address; we reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can take it to the competent Dutch court.
