We aim to deliver every order with the same care that goes into making our pieces. Below you will find our standard delivery times and policies.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times can be longer during busy periods, local holidays or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping to the European Union and the United Kingdom on every order, with no minimum spend. No shipping costs are added at checkout.

Packaging
Every piece is carefully folded and packed in protective, recyclable materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with the tags still attached.
Send us a message and we will share the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We refund the original payment method within 14 days of the day you told us you are returning it; we may wait until the pieces are back with us, or until you have shown that you sent them.
