Returns & Refunds

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you wish to return it, without giving a reason. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the pieces back. The cost of returning the pieces is at your own expense.
Condition
Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with the tags still attached. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop; if items come back visibly used, we may reduce the refund.
How to return
Email Maison.Marque.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the pieces you are returning, and we will send you the return instructions.
Refunds
When you return a piece, we refund the original payment method within 14 days of the day you told us you are returning it. We may wait until the pieces are back with us, or until you have shown that you sent them.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will cover the return shipping and repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights. See also our terms & conditions.
Model withdrawal form
You may use this form, but you do not have to; a simple email saying you are returning your order is enough. Copy it into an email to Maison.Marque.contact@gmail.com.
